Q. How much does Jay charge?
A. As every show is tailored to the clients needs; also the performance style; and travel requirements; its best to submit your requests HERE so that Jay can provide you with a customized price quote.

Q. Technical requirements needed for the show?
A. Technical requirements are really only needed for Stage performances. obviously your guests need to be able to see and hear Jay so below are a few suggestions on what Jay requires (additional requirements may be specified at time of booking).
Staging:
Jay's stage show requires a minimum performance area of 12 feet deep by 12 feet wide. If you expect more than 50 people to attend then a raised stage area (with suitable stair access) is recommended to ensure that even those in the back have a clear view of the performance.
Lighting:
No special lighting equipment is required. Jay merely asks the performance space be well lit so as to remain clearly visible a simple wash would suffice.
Sound:
A professional sound system is required. Also Jay will require access to a mixing desk.
Visuals:
A USB device will be provided with the show to project elements onto a screen. Please make sure there is access to a projector and screen and suitable cables to connect a laptop (Unless one is provided).
Room Configuration:
The room merely needs to be arranged such that everyone has a clear view of the stage. Please refrain from seating guests to the extreme right or left of the performance area (as well as behind it) as their views will be quite limited.

Q. What age is the show suitable for?
A. The show contains elements that might not be suitable for all ages however please feel certain that no bad language or offensive material will be used. All of Jay's performances are appropriate for all ages as it relates to the content so there is no concern if children are in the audience. However, Jay has noted in the past that those under the age of 14 sometimes don't fully appreciate the demonstrations. For that reason alone mature audiences are recommended.

Q. Is Jay psychic?
A. Who knows? The shows and performances are structured to delight and entertain. People have suggested in the past that Jay has certainly tapped into their innermost thoughts. So maybe he is??

Q. Where is Jay based how far is he willing to travel?
A. Jay lives just outside of Worcestershire UK but is available to travel worldwide provided suitable arrangements are made.

Q. Is a deposit required?
A. A deposit and confirmed booking agreement is required to save your event date. Once Jay verifies that he is available he will send you a secured link to place your deposit. A booking agreement will be supplied which details every aspect of your booking.

Q. Is hypnosis used during the show?
A. The simple answer to this is NO. Jay DOES rely on the principles of hypnosis to relax the people who join him on stage, and help them accomplish some AMAZING things. At no point though the show is anyone placed in a true "hypnotic trance" - everyone that participates is aware of what is going on around them at all times. Jay has studied the principles of Hypnosis and is happy to discuss what it feels like to be placed under. Its a relaxing feeling and certainly something not to worry about.

Q. What experience does Jay have in mentalism?
A. Jay has been a professional magician and mindreader for over 30 years. He has held the position of President of The British Magical Society (The BMS) between the years of 2015/2016. He has also won awards in both The BMS & The Wolverhampton Circle Of Magicians. Jay is also a member of The British Society Of Mystery Entertainers. He is also a current member of both The British Magical Society & The Wolverhampton Circle Of Magicians.
